I quit Animal Jam.
Let me tell you the story:
It was probably a month ago and I just redeemed an Leopard 3-month membership card. (WOO-HOO :D) and I was happily enjoying my new animal jam character and all. The next day, I try to go to animal jam through my computer, and it says "the page is not redirecting properly." So, I show it to my dad, and he tries to figure it out, thinking it was some virus on my computer.
So after a week of virus checking and softwares, my sister, who also plays animal jam, gets an email saying her account was banned. We had no idea why, so my dad emailed animal jam.
Let me go back a bit, on Christmas, my mom bought us some animal jam stuff. It included the coin codes. Once we got them, my sister immediately typed hers in (remember this is before the account was banned; Christmas time).
Back to the original time: Animal jam emailed us back saying that we STOLE the items that my mom bought from on Christmas. My mom was like: I paid with a credit card! I can show you the number and the transaction stuff. But, animal jam said that she canceled the credit card after she bought the stuff, and the stuff was already shipped, so my mom supposedly didn't forefill the pay.
And so, since we "stole" the items, my account and my sisters account are forever banned.
My dad is arguing and fighting with them (GO DAD :D!) saying that we didn't cancel our credit card, we can still use it now.
So, now, I cant get onto the Animal Jam site, or anything animal jam related, that is officially owned by animal jam. It's only my houses network that wont let it work. A while ago, if I go to my aunts house, it would work. If I went there now, I'm not sure if it would work or not.
So, yeah.

It really sucks. All I want to do is ask AJHQ to let me play for one more day so I can get on and send all my stuff to my friends and send Jam-a-Gram Goodbyes to friends I can't reach anywhere else..

They ban all the wrong people temporarily, like Snowyclaw, for giving out a membership THAT SHE BOUGHT! It's not like she stole it, instead of countless scammers and bullies. Then they ban people PERMANENTLY for no good reason.

What when you buy the stuff it should be taken from your money straight after you bought it and ajhq is rich they only lost a few pound or some money they probllay get about 100 pound, dollars every day from there outfitters and memberships

Animal Jam has been acting really weird lately, Today I was redeeming my Arctic Wolf code (I paid for it with my allowence) Then when I was entering it, it said "This code has not yet been activated." I was so mad! But finally aj said ok ok and gave me my membership. Aj is just so mean now... can anybody explain why?

Animaljam doesnt do anything about fman, a guy who hacks with a virus in a jam a gram! plus when you tell them problems THEY SEND YOU A ROBOT EMAIL! >.> Seriously, they ban people for NO DARN REASON! I agree! A couple days ago I asked them when are the giraffes coming and they lied to me with one of those weird robot emails. ''We are trying to find them' What a lie! They made them, they aren't real. They never solve my problems :( I told them my headdress got scammed and i asked them kindly if they could send it back or something like that. They just responded with 'We can't replace items' Yea they can! They made it. I had to call one time because they wouldn't give me my code i purchased. Ajhq, you can do better!

I agree with all the posters: AJ isn't what it used to be.. onetime I went to Walmart and I bought a Arctic Wolf Card and I used MY allowence to get it and at the little paying center I EXCPECIALLY if she would activate it. And she was like: "Ya! Uh huh." SO... I thought she activated it! And when I typed my code in it was like, "Sorry, this card isn't activated!" And I got banned because AJHQ thought I "Stole" the card. My mom emailed them and my dad called them and my dad said that he even had receipt to prove it and they were like, "Lies, just return the card or we'll have to call the police." So I had to return it and I never got my money back! :(!! And so, I had to make a NEW account since my original account was BANNED thankfully not suspended. And when I finally got my account back the first thing that popped onto my screen was a warning thingy from AJHQ it said, "Stealing is a bad thing to do, you WILL get suspeneded if you do it again." Like seriously? I DIDN'T steal the dang freaken CARD! Im sorry again that you were forced to Quit I hope you can find another way to play on AJ! AJHQ really has changed from the Beta days.. (and yes I was part of the beta days). Anyway, AJHQ.. wow accusing innocent ppl seriously?

ReplyDeleteI bought my daughter a $15.95 gift card. I put in code and I keep getting a message that card needs to be activated at retailer where I purchased. I go back to Target and the manager tells me the card has been activated upon purchase. I call and email AJ attachments of receipt front and back of card and their response to me is try different browsers and to send attachments of purchase. I was also told my daughter would get 250 free gems because of this problem and she got nothing. I am going to have to get Chanel 5 on your side. Shame on AJ they are scammers, rippoffs and I have had it with them.
